Made with more than 60% nuts, including pecans and peanuts, and dotted with sweet, tangy cranberries, this nut roast has a satisfying texture and a deep, nutty flavour full of festive warmth. Everything you need is in the box, including a baking tray and a vegan gravy to pour over at the end, so there’s no need to find extra ingredients or equipment. Just mix, bake until golden and serve. It’s an easy way to bring a homemade-style roast to the table, and it goes well with roast potatoes, maple-glazed parsnips, braised red cabbage and roasted sprouts.
